1. Cash on Delivery (India only, not all areas covered): For certain areas within India, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. You can pay the full order amount in cash when your package is delivered to your doorstep. Please note that this option may not be available in all areas.

Cash on Delivery Policy:

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for certain orders within India. The eligibility for COD depends on the order type:

1. Category 1: Loose Gemstones without Additional Certificate: For orders falling under this category, you can pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery. No advance payment is required.
2. Category 2: Gemstones Mounted in Jewelry and/or with Additional Certificate: Orders under this category require an advance payment of 25% of the billing amount for processing. For gold jewelry, an advance amount of 10% is applicable. This advance payment is necessary to cover the additional costs associated with gemstone mounting and certificate procurement. Please note that in the event of order cancellation under Category 2, the minimum amount of advance given will be refunded, as it would have already been utilized to cover the incurred expenses.
