Eligibility for Returns and Replacements Policy

NOTE: During the unboxing process, we kindly request you to record a video as proof in the event of receiving a damaged product.

We accept returns and replacements for all gemstones and colored gemstone jewelry purchased from However, to be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused and in its original condition with all the tags and packaging intact.

Timeframe for Returns and Replacements Policy

You can request a return or replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we will not be able to process any return or replacement requests.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request you provide photographs or videos as proof of the damage or defect.

Return & Replacement Process

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a return shipping label (for eligible products).
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with all the tags, certificates, and accessories.
  • Hand over the package to the designated courier partner or arrange for a pickup using the provided return shipping label.

  • Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Replacements: In case you opt for a replacement, we will dispatch the new product after the returned item is received and verified.

Return Shipping Charges

For damaged or defective products, we will bear the return shipping charges. In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return & Replacement Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for returns or replacements:

  • Gemstones priced below INR 5000.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
